Exercise is the solution to toe problems. Muscles may feel sore from time to time. Give your fingers a break from time to time. Another use in folk style is to snap your fingers occasionally. Fold the finger straight out. Continue this action for two to three minutes.
Massage into palms frequently. Massage the left hand with the right hand. After sitting, this is reversed. Never press on the painful area. This will only make the pain worse. Also dip your hand in warm water. Continue this process until you get relief.
Interlace your fingers. Clench and then release. Repeat this for thirty seconds. Exercise frequently with something like a sponge in your hand. It will be very beneficial for the fingers.
